This Return Policy explains your rights to return products (including Wellivita) purchased from Zogmarexophonao ("we", "us", "our") via our website https://zogmarexophonao.world, and how to request a refund or replacement. This policy applies to customers in the United Kingdom and is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and related laws.

2. Your statutory rights (UK consumers)
If you are a consumer (i.e. you are buying for purposes outside your trade, business, craft, or profession), you have legal rights that cannot be excluded by contract. In particular:
- Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose. If they are not, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or full refund depending on the circumstances.
- Short-term right to reject: if goods are faulty or do not conform to the contract, you may reject them within 30 days of ownership and receive a full refund.
- Right to repair or replacement: after 30 days, you may still be entitled to repair or replacement; if that is not possible or not carried out within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to a price reduction or refund.
- Distance and off-premises contracts (e.g. online orders): you have a 14-day right to cancel the contract without giving a reason, starting from the day you receive the goods. You then have 14 days from notifying us of cancellation to return the goods. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or of you providing evidence of return). We may deduct from the refund any loss in value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
This Return Policy is intended to reflect and supplement these rights. Nothing here limits your statutory rights.
3. 14-day right to cancel (distance sales)
If you are a consumer and you purchased online (or by other distance means), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of the day you receive the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right you must inform us clearly (e.g. by email or post) before the 14-day period has expired. You may use the model cancellation form available from us or any other clear statement. We will send you an acknowledgement of your cancellation.
If you cancel within this period, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days after you have informed us of the cancellation. You must pay the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed to bear it or we have failed to inform you that you must bear it. We will refund the price you paid for the goods (including standard delivery costs, if any) within 14 days of the day we receive the goods back, or of you providing evidence that you have sent them back. We will use the same means of payment as you used, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or evidence of return.
We may deduct from the refund an amount for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling that goes beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning (e.g. opening sealed packaging for products that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons). For food supplements, if the seal is broken we may make a deduction to reflect the reduced value. We will inform you of any deduction before processing the refund.
4. Faulty or non-conforming goods
If the product is faulty, not as described, or otherwise does not conform to the contract, you are entitled to remedies under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You may:
- Reject the goods within 30 days and receive a full refund.
- Request a repair or replacement (we will carry it out within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to you). If repair or replacement is impossible or we fail to do it within a reasonable time, you may request a price reduction or a refund.
Please contact us as soon as you discover the fault. We may ask you to provide a description and, where appropriate, photos or to return the product for inspection. We will cover the cost of return for faulty goods. Once we have confirmed the fault, we will provide a refund, replacement, or repair as appropriate. Refunds for faulty goods will include any delivery charges you paid.
5. How to return goods
To return goods under this policy:
- Contact us by email or phone (see section 1) and tell us that you wish to return the product and the reason (e.g. 14-day cancellation, fault, or other). We will provide you with return instructions and, where applicable, a returns reference or label.
- Pack the product securely, ideally in its original packaging if possible, to avoid damage in transit.
- Send the package to the address we give you. For 14-day cancellations you are responsible for the cost of return unless we have agreed otherwise. For faulty goods we will cover the return cost.
- Keep proof of postage. We recommend using a tracked service for valuable or heavy items.
Goods are your responsibility until they reach us. We are not responsible for loss or damage in transit unless we have arranged the return ourselves. For 14-day cancellations, we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or you provide evidence of return.
6. Refunds
Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise. We will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or evidence of return) or of confirming that you are entitled to a refund without return (e.g. in some fault cases). If you have not received the refund within this period, please contact us. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to credit your account.
We will refund the price paid for the product and, where required by law (e.g. for faulty goods or 14-day cancellation), the standard delivery cost. We will not refund the cost of express or premium delivery unless the goods were faulty or we have agreed otherwise. For 14-day cancellations we may deduct from the refund any diminished value as described in section 3.
7. Exceptions
Your right to cancel and return under the 14-day rule does not apply to goods that are:
- Sealed for health or hygiene reasons and unsealed after delivery (e.g. opened supplement bottles), where we may still allow a return but deduct for diminished value as permitted by law.
- Perishable or made to your specifications (we do not typically sell such items; if we do, we will inform you before purchase).
Your statutory rights in respect of faulty or misdescribed goods always apply regardless of these exceptions.
8. Business customers
If you are buying in the course of a business, trade, craft, or profession, the 14-day cancellation right and certain other consumer rights may not apply. Returns and refunds for business customers will be handled in line with any separate agreement or our standard commercial terms. Contact us to discuss.
9. Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our response to a return or refund request, you may escalate your complaint by contacting us again and asking for a review. If you remain dissatisfied, you may have the right to use alternative dispute resolution (ADR) or to bring a claim in the courts. As a UK consumer you may also be able to use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) for online purchases.

We may update this Return Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will be revised. Changes will not affect returns for orders placed before the change, except where the change is to your benefit. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
